THE PROCESS
It’s very simple:

1. Browse through our website for selected available items and semi custom designs. Tell us what you need and when you need it. Don’t forget we offer fully custom designs, beyond what we present in our online galleries. Simply email us from available links or easy comprehensive online forms on the website and the designated Nuvo Sales Rep will assist you throughout the process.
2. We design artwork of required items according to your specifications and send you the design for your approval. This is usually a free of charge service with no obligations on your part.
3. If you like it, sign it, and we do the rest. Capped number of revisions are included to ensure your vision is executed to your satisfaction.
4. Once approved, your order goes into production. Depending on the number of items and seasonality, it usually takes 2-4 weeks*. Expedited orders are an option; rush fees may apply. Subject to satisfactory accounts**, your order is shipped. Tracking information available.
*Production times may vary. ETA is provided on an individual basis. Please ensure to provide your need by date to your sales rep.
**We accept school PO’s in lieu of immediate invoice settlement.
